Please RSVP no later than 1st March 2026.
If you do not RSVP, please bring a seat and a sandwich!
Day guests please arrive no later than 1:30pm so everyone is settled before the ceremony begins.
Evening guests arrive from 7:30 pm.
The venue is Cardney Steading, Dunkeld, PH8 0EY, situated just 4 miles from Dunkeld and 8 miles from Blairgowrie. You can use this link to view the location in Google Maps. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the venue.
We recommend giving yourself a bit of extra travel time — some roads are narrow and scenic!
There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Cars can be left at the venue overnight; however, they must be picked up by noon the following day.

Highland Travel - Private cars and Minibuses
The beautiful Scottish weather is unpredictable even in June so nothing will be 100% guaranteed, however, we are planning to have our ceremony and drinks reception outdoors.
The Highlands can be warm during the day and much cooler at night, so please bear that in mind. Sore feet will not be a reasonable excuse for shying away from the dance floor, so bring some comfy footwear alternatives if you think you’ll need them.
Our venue has a large cloakroom if guests need to store anything.
Unfortunately, the venue can only accommodate the wedding party, however, we have provided a list of possible accommodation options that can be found here.
Your presence is truly the best gift.
After over eight years of living together, we’ve collected more than enough household items, decor and picture frames. If you would still like to give a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would mean the world to us!
No, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your RSVP along with information on all day and evening guests.
While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, except for children within our immediate family. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax and enjoy the day with us.
We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.
No, we are both keeping our own surnames.
This is a personal choice that feels right for us.
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our ceremony. We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony so we politely ask that you please turn off phones and cameras, and let our paid professionals do what they do best.
Please respect our privacy and kindly ask that you don't share photos of our wedding on social media until the Bride and Groom have had the chance to do so first.
The celebrations wrap up at midnight, but the dancefloor will be in full flow until then — pace yourself!
There are two fully stocked bars that accept both cash and card.
However, the venue advises to bring cash in case the 4G network has issues (it is the Highlands after all).
If you need anything at all, just get in touch with us.
Additionally, if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies that you are worried about, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will pass this onto the catering staff.
